Nutritionally boosted gluten free living
The idea for Celia Co. started in my third year of college when I had been gluten-free for 10 years. I was more tired than usual, struggling to stay awake throughout the day, focus in classes, and just did not feel my best. That's when I started researching and discovered how many nutrient deficiencies are common when eating a strict gluten-free 'diet'.
After learning about the number of side effects that come from the diet, it is medically necessary for me and millions of others to follow, I set out to create completely gluten-free baking mixes that taste amazing and also help meet nutrient needs.
Our baking mixes are not going to completely meet nutrient needs for common nutrient deficiencies, but they were designed to be an easy way to start feeling and living your best gluten-free life.
