Allergen Statement

As Celia Co. Baking Mixes are just getting started, they are produced in a home environment under Ohio's cottage food laws. As a result, there is potential for cross-contamination with other major allergens.

Each mix is prepared in a dedicated room with dedicated equipment solely for producing Celia Co. mixes; however, the equipment is washed in a shared environment. I do my absolute best to clean and sanitize my kitchen before cleaning, scrubbing the countertops and sink multiple times, and using separate dishcloths and towels for products. My goal for these mixes is to be as transparent as possible, and I want each person to make informed decisions before enjoying Celia Co. mixes.
